Brian S. Clary

Brian is an experienced trial lawyer, licensed in Texas. He practices in the areas of Personal Injury and Complex Civil Litigation. His experience includes medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. Brian’s current docket is comprised primarily of complex civil litigation and toxic tort.

Brian is also a published author and a vintage sports memorabilia collector and dealer at 20th Century Baseball.

Teddi Monette

Since joining the Clary Firm, P.C. in 2012 Teddi has served clients with a dedication and perseverance instilled during her 26 year career in the US Navy.

While serving in the military, Teddi completed a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Excelsior College.  She later attended South Texas College of Law, earning her Juris Doctorate.

Teddi is a veteran of both Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation Enduring Freedom and served in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. She believes in the Navy’s core values of Honor, Courage and Commitment and those values served her throughout her successful career as a military police officer and expeditionary security specialist. Teddi brings those core values to the legal arena, representing her clients with integrity, dedication and respect.

Teddi resides in Humble, Texas with her ever-changing array of foster-dogs, and her own rescue dogs. She spends her sparse spare time volunteering for two local rescues: Wags to Whiskers of Texas and Adams Apple Rescue and Sanctuary.

Teddi owns three off the track thoroughbreds. She knows well, the joys of equine ownership, and covets most the long, extended rides through the piney woods of the Texas Gulf Coast.

Teddi is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, Texas Military Veterans Law Society, the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association.

Maureen Garrett, Of Counsel

Maureen Garrett is licensed in Texas and practices in the areas of Complex Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, and serves as Attorney Ad Litem in Tax Foreclosure cases. She attended Florida State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree (Psychology) in 1992. She received her law degree from South Texas College of Law in 1996. She is licensed to practice in the State Courts of Texas, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Texas. Her affiliation with professional and community service includes: serving as a director for the Texas Young Lawyers from 1999-2001 and as Treasurer of the board from 2002-2003, a director for the Houston Young Lawyers Association from 1999 to 2005, a Trustee for the Houston Young Lawyers Foundation since 2002 and Chair of the Houston Young Lawyer Foundation Board from 2004-2005. She is also a member of the Houston Bar Association. Her practice areas concern product liability and toxic tort.
